PHASE 1

Phase 1 is the foundation. This is where we build the world, establish the lore, and create the initial awareness that Cell Ops even exists.

Right now we’re deep in the worldbuilding and signal seeding stage,

  • Right now Cell Operations is based in the midwest. You can find our activations in Michigan. We will have interactions online, but majority of our work will be IRL.

  • We do want to expand to other regions, but we are so early right now we are focused on making our immediate area function smoothly.

    Hopefully in the future.

  • We will still utilize digital interactions they just won’t be as personable. We will be seeking Operatives out of state in the future to help spread the mission. For right now out of state can only interact online.

  • Cell Ops is not a hacking group. It’s an art project.
    We build a fictional world inspired by Blade Runner, Mr. Robot, and cyberpunk culture, using symbols, codes, and “operations” as creative tools, not real ones.

    Cell Ops lives in storytelling, design, and worldbuilding.
    It explores how a society can slide into a dystopian future and how people inside that world might push back. Everything is fictional, immersive, and meant to spark curiosity, not real-world infiltration.
