Variant Charms are experimental: carry, clip, or display. Finishes are hand-applied and built to change. Chips, scratches, patina — part of how the piece becomes yours.

Each is numbered. The number stays with the piece but a worn out Variant can be reworked for a fee.

Prices scale by demand. Each pickup raises the cost for the next person. Prices reset on the 1st.
